    My name is Maria Pandolfi. I am a U.S. Navy veteran, licensed real estate agent serving Southwest Florida and Pennsylvania, and a former psychotherapist transitioning into life coaching focused on helping people navigate life transitions with confidence and purpose.

    As a Filipino-American, I deeply value community, culture, and the importance of supporting one another. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping individuals and families through major life changes—whether it's finding a home, adjusting to a new chapter in life, or simply having someone who listens and cares.

    I hope to contribute to this group by sharing my experience in leadership, mentoring, wellness, community outreach, and event planning. I also look forward to volunteering, supporting fundraising efforts, and helping create programs that bring people together across generations.

    Most of all, I am excited to build friendships, celebrate our Filipino heritage, and work alongside all of you to make a positive difference in our community.

    DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

    Caressa brings a background in healthcare, music, and creative work to her role as Director of Development for the Philippine American Association of Naples. She supports PAAN’s growth through social media, marketing, website development, and community outreach.

    As a Filipino-American, she is passionate about celebrating Filipino heritage and helping PAAN build meaningful connections within the Naples community. She is especially excited to support the organization’s work in youth empowerment, cultural programming, and community service.

    Through thoughtful communication and creative engagement, Caressa hopes to help strengthen PAAN’s visibility and support its next chapter.
